HOW DOES SUBSCRIBING WORK?
Choose between:
Monthly subscription – 12 times per year
Every other month – 6 times per year
Quarterly – 4 times per year
Sortiment and number of products in our box varies from month to month, but it is always with a larger value than it would have been in stores.
Furthermore we put a big effort in finding products that reflects good on the environment, as your stylish home. No promotional items pass our doorstep!
The food and treats in our Kattpost is always made out of natural ingredients without strange additives.
We select the best from independent brands, local as well as from afar!
Sent out the 10th every month (if on a weekend or holiday your Kattpost will be sent out following working day).
Delivery with DHL within 5-7 working days to your closest DHL-service point
Payment is drawn automaticly from your account same day as your Kattpost is sent the 10th every month.
Cancelation is easily made on your online account “MY ACCOUNT” or by email to: hej@kattpost.se

MY CAT IS ALLERGIC! WHAT DO I DO?
If there is something you do not like or your cat has an allergy to, please make a note in the check out when ordering your Kattpost.
HOW DO I PAY?
Efter att du har registrerat dig som kund startar din prenumeration.
Payment is made automatically every month as long as you are an active subscriber until you chose to cancel your subscription.
Payment is charged to your card the 10th every month.
Pay with VISA or Mastercard.
INVOICE?
Singelpost is also available by invoice. Plase email us: hej@kattpost.se
We have chosen to collaborate with Billmate for secure transactions.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want by login to your account or send an email to hej@kattpost.se
Just remember to cancel before the 1st in each month if you do not wish to recieve next months Kattpost.
If your subscription has not been canceled in time, your subscription will be prolonged with another month but will be canceled after that.
COMPLAINTS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, & RETURNS?
REKLAMATION
Was anything in your box broken in delivery? Email us a picture of the product to: hej@kattpost.se
If we accept your reklamation a new product will be sent to you. Alternatively a similar product will be sent out if earlier is no longer in storage.
WITHDRAWALS & RETURNS
You have a 30 days withdrawal right on your buy from the day you receive your Kattpost – subscription as singelpost.
If you want to claim your right to withdrawal, you need to send a clear message stating the same, within 30 days from receiving your Kattpost.
It will not do with returning the alltså inte att bara returnera varan eller att låta bli att hämta ut varan.
We will repay the amount when the product is returned in unused and undamaged condition.
The buyer is responsible for return and freight costs of the product.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
We recommend that you collect your Kattpost as soon as possible. Parcels that has not been collected within 14 days, will be returned to Kattpost. It is therefor important that you collect your parcel before. Unfortunaltely a return cost otherwise will be added on you expence.
Uncollected parcels is not included in the rights of withdrawel.
If your Kattpost has been returned it is important that you contact us immediately to: hej@kattpost.se
Note that if you do not contact us within 60 days (from recieving your box) the parcel goes back to our ownership.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
Log in to your account to update your contact info or email us: hej@kattpost.se
It could be anything from adding your cat’s name to name, phone or address.
(PUL) When making an order with us you state your personal data.
All data is treated confidentially, and we never share your personal data to third part. In other words, you will not receive advertising from other companies.
