If Kattpost doesn’t fit in your mail box, it will be delivered or you’ll have to collect it according to the rules and regulations of your local carrier.
If your Kattpost hasn’t arrived within the allotted time frame (ie after a minimum of three working days), please get in touch with us at: hej@kattpost.se

 

 

Cancel subscription

You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account. Or by sending us an email at: hej@kattpost.se

You just need to remember to cancel on the 1st of the month latest if you do not wish to receive your next monthly box. If the subscription has not been cancelled by this date, it will automatically be prolonged for a month and then cancelled after that.

Updating personal information

If you’ve changed any of your personal details, you can amend the information by logging in to your account page, or by sending us an email containing the information you want to change to: hej@kattpost.se
It can concern anything from the name of your cat(s), phone number, or your email or postal addresses.

Personal data protection (PUL – Swedish data protection law)

When you place an order with us, you disclose personal information such as your name, address, phone number and email adress. We treat all this information confidentially, and will never share it with a third party. In other words, you’ll never receive spam or adverts from other companies due to us.

Liability

We can not be held liable for the use and handling of the toys, edibles, or other contents of the monthly box. You as the subscriber/purchaser hold the responsibility of for example keeping an eye on your cat(s) playing with their toys. We also recommend supervising the cats if you own more than one, since some of the products may contain cat nip, which affects cats differently.

You can use VISA & Mastercard.
We’ve chosen to work with Billmate to facilitate easy and secure payments.

Nordea customers – important payment information

If your card is issued by Nordea, you need to have it “opened” to enable purchases of subscription products.

After you’ve registered as a customer your subscription starts.
Payment is charged automatically every month you’ve got an active subscription.
This occurs until you choose to cancel your subscription.
Payment is automatically charged to your account on the 10th of each month.

• Every month if you’ve got a monthly box
• Bimonthly if bimonthly subscription
• Every third month with a quarterly box

Payment will be charged until you have cancelled your subscription.

Terms and conditions for credit/debit cards

When you pay by card this is administered by Billmate AB under the trademark billmate. This means your payments are handled safely and simply.

We accept payments from Visa and MasterCard. The payment solution is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 and it’s also licensed for 3D-Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa). When it’s time to pay you’re transferred to an encrypted page where the payment is processed. No card numbers are handled by the shop.

Complaints

If anything you receive in your box breaks during transit, please email a photo of the product to: hej@kattpost.se

If your complaint is upheld a new one will be sent out to you, or alternatively a similar item if the previous one is no longer in stock.

In the event of a dispute, we use the following for guidance (text in Swedish): 
Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden och EU’s riktlinjer för tvistlösning online.

Right to withdraw and returns

You’ve got 30 days’ full right to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you receive your first Kattpost. If you want to use your right to withdraw you have to send us a clear message about invoking your right to withdraw within 30 days of receiving your Kattpost. Just returning or neglecting to collect the item is not sufficient. We will repay the amount when the returned item has been received by us in an unused and unharmed condition.

You as the purchaser will cover the cost of the return shipping.
